I’m thrilled to announce my 2024 events, where you’ll have the chance to join me, Amanda Cordony, for an extraordinary culinary experience spread over two days with four exclusive cooking classes.

The event begins with a personal meet and greet, giving us the opportunity to connect and set the stage for a warm and enjoyable experience together. On arrival, you’ll be welcomed with an array of drinks and canapés to kickstart the festivities.

The heart of the event is an intimate cooking class where you’ll cook to prepare a selection of festive dishes.

Throughout the demonstration, I’ll be available for Q&A sessions, offering personalised tips and guidance to enhance your cooking skills.

You’ll also have the pleasure of indulging in a showstopper grazing table featuring an exquisite spread of antipasti, appetisers and sweets. A perfect showcase of seasonal flavours. To top off the experience, each guest will receive a luxury gift bag to take home to celebrate the festive season in style.

The format for cooking classes will be as follows:

  • Personal meet & greet by Amanda Cordony

  • Drinks and canapés on arrival 

  • Lucky door prize

  • An intimate cooking demonstration with all guests participating in pairs

  • Q&A throughout 

  • A showstopper grazing table featuring antipasti/ appetisers / sweets

These cooking classes are tailored for beginners and intermediate home cooks.

MENU - WHAT WE WILL BE COOKING

Parmesan crusted roast buttermilk chicken with apricot, thyme and gruyere stuffing - Amanda will be demonstrating how to cook the perfect chook with homemade gravy. 

Fruit carpaccio with Manchego, prosciutto bread crumb and capers - Guests will be making this dish in pairs.

Waldorf salad with grape and lemon dressing - Guests will be making this dish in pairs.

Christmas slice with gingerbread, pudding and mascarpone - Amanda will be demonstrating how to make this dish with guest assistance. 

Steve Cordony will be demonstrating how to create a show stopping grazing table to 'WOW' your guests. 


Maximum of 18 guests per class.
