Ingredients.

  • 200g fine tofu, can use silken tofu

  • 1 lemon, zest

  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

  • pinch chilli flakes

  • pinch of sea salt

    Serve with:

    • crusty bread


Method.

1. Add tofu, lemon zest, olive oil, chilli flakes and sea salt to a blender and blitz until smooth.

2. Serve as a creamy spread on crusty bread.
