A Weekend of Holiday Magic at My Christmas Cooking Classes
We kicked off the holiday season with our Christmas Cooking Classes, and it was a wonderfully festive celebration! These Classes were created to inspire and empower guests to host the holidays with confidence. Together, we created dishes with festive flavours, and I was excited to share some of my favourite holiday tips for effortless, joyful entertaining.
Guests enjoyed a memorable cooking demonstration, followed by a stunning grazing table, and were treated to a festive tablescape demonstration by my brother, Steve Cordony, to inspire them to recreate the magic at home.

Highlights from Our Italian Summer Cooking Classes
Our Italian Summer Cooking Classes celebrated the essence of Mediterranean cuisine, inspired by my recent family trip to Italy. With my brother, Steve Cordony creating an impeccable styled space to cook in.
. Together, we prepared simple yet elegant dishes of roasted tomato, ricotta and cherry vinaigrette, fennel carpaccio with ruby grapefruit, and a simple three ingredient baked ricotta. We filled cannoli while we enjoyed a limoncello tiramisu and a limoncello spritz of course. One of my favourite parts of hosting events is giving guests something special to remember the day by. Each item in our gift bags reflects a piece of what I love!

Summer Entertaining Event Appearance
On a beautiful Friday evening in November at the stunning Printhie Wines Cellar Door, I had the pleasure of hosting an exclusive summer entertaining event. Together, we explored a curated menu designed to inspire your festive gatherings, from freshly shucked oysters with a sparkling vinaigrette to elevated salads and mouthwatering lamb and chicken dishes. We ended the evening with an interactive dessert that brought everyone together in celebration.
Guests were treated to recipes created exclusively for the event, thoughtfully paired with Printhie’s incredible wines. One of the highlights was sharing a few of my personal favourites, including a decadent flourless chocolate cake recipe that’s sure to impress at any gathering.
A huge thank you to Printhie Wines for their hospitality and to everyone who attended. Events like these are all about sharing my love for food, wine, and creating memorable experiences around the table. I hope it inspired you for your own summer entertaining!

Spring Cooking Series Masterclass

The Spring Cooking Series Masterclass was a beautiful celebration of the new season. I had the pleasure of hosting guests in a stunning waterfront home on Sydney Harbour, where we spent the day cooking, connecting, and enjoying the fresh flavors of my Spring menu. It was a special way to welcome the season of entertaining, filled with tips, delicious food, and all my favourite essentials for effortless hosting.
