Cook time: 8 mins | Prep time: 10 mins | Serves: 2

Ingredients.

  • 2 x 250g tuna steaks

  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 150g beans, trimmed and halved

  • 1 broccolini, cut into 1/4's

  • 1 tablespoon butter

  • 1 zucchini, sliced into rounds

  • 200g sugar plum tomatoes, or cherry tomatoes

  • 40ml soy sauce

  • salt and pepper to taste

  • 2 tablespoons harissa mayonnaise

Garnish:

  • Basil leaves


Method.

1. Fill a non-stick large frying pan with salted water. Bring to a simmer and add the beans and broccolini. Simmer for 2 minutes and drain. Set aside.

2. In the same frying pan add sesame oil, garlic, zucchini and tomatoes. Simmer on low to medium for 2 minutes. Add the tuna steaks to the pan, soy sauce, cracked pepper and salt. Cook for 2 minutes on each side.

3. Add blanched greens, take off the heat and mix through to combine.

4. Serve with basil leaves and harissa mayonnaise. Recipe below.

Harissa Mayonnaise

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/3 cup whole egg mayonnaise

  • 1 lemon, juice

  • 1 teaspoon harissa paste

  • salt to taste

METHOD:

1. Whisk together. Will last for 2 weeks in the fridge.
