Chicken tenders with tomato, bacon and parmesan.

Ingredients.
6 x chicken tenderloins
6 teaspoons tomato pasta sauce, good quality
150g bacon, finely diced
80g parmesan, finely grated with a microplane
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
sea salt and cracked pepper to taste
10g basil leaves, finely sliced to garnish
Method.
1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC fan and line a baking tray with baking paper.
2. Line up tenderloins on the baking tray and spread 1 teaspoon of the tomato pasta sauce on top of each chicken tenderloin.
3. Then evenly sprinkle the bacon and then parmesan on top of the tenderloins, drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, sea salt and cracked pepper.
4. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Serve with basil.
