Most of our products are gluten friendly, refined sugar free and dairy and nut friendly.

Shelf Life for products: All frozen products have 2 months on them at time of delivery. If defrosted they have 4 days shelf life in the fridge. Also check individual products below for best before dates.


Ingredients: Grass fed beef mince, garlic, brown onion, mild curry, mixed spice, cinnamon, tomato paste, red wine, homemade beef stock, crushed tomatoes, salt.
How Much: 250g , serves 2 kids or 1 adult.
Prep And Cook: For a quick defrost place in microwave on defrost mode. Then either continue to heat in microwave for 3 minutes until piping hot or tip into a saucepan to heat through, stirring occasionally until piping hot. Please remember microwaves vary. Please adjust times accordingly.
Comes With: Barilla pasta (check packet instructions for cook time) and grated parmesan to top.

Serve with: Fresh basil leaves.

Ricotta and chicken meatballs in sugo

Ingredients: Chicken mince, fresh ricotta, parmesan, lemon, shallots, garlic, olive oil, tomato puree, homemade free range chicken stock, salt.
How Much: 2 kids or 1 adult (8 meatballs with sugo per dish)
Prep And Cook: Defrost overnight in the fridge. Mix and heat in a 180C oven for 15minutes.
Comes With: 1 cup of jasmine rice.

Serve with: Fresh parsley or shallots and salad


Ingredients: Lean beef mince, brown onion, garlic, bay leaf, tomato paste, balsamic vinegar, thyme, vegemite, sweet potato, parmesan.
How Much: 400g, serves 2 kids or 1 adult
Prep And Cook: Defrost overnight in the fridge and heat in a 180C oven for 25minutes. Or put straight into the oven for 45 minutes.
Serve With: A fresh salad


Ingredients: Zucchini, potato, carrot, fresh corn, onion, eggs, Italian herbs, tasty cheese, chickpea flour, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper,
How Much: Serves 4 kids or 2 adults
Prep And Cook: Take out the night before and defrost in fridge. Heat up in a 180C oven for 25 minutes. Can have hot or cold. Great for lunchboxes too.
Serve With: A fresh salad.

Banana and date bread

Ingredients: Pitted dates, wholemeal spelt flour, baking soda, cinnamon, olive oil, eggs, banana.
How Much: 8 slices per bar
Prep: Freshly made. Will last for 4 days in an airtight container. Optional: Slice up into 8 pieces and freeze portions for easy lunchbox treats. To defrost: You can pop in microwave for 20 seconds or take out the night before.

Muesli bars:

Ingredients: Oats, currants, raisins, sunflower seeds, tumeric, dates, coconut oil, pepita’s.
How Much: 4 pieces
How long: Will last in an airtight container for 14 days


Ingredients: Rolled oats, puffed rice, dates, coconut, cinnamon, organic coconut oil, date syrup, chia seeds, pepita’s, dried apricots.
How much: 350g, serves 4-6
How long: It will last in an airtight container for 4 weeks
Serve With: Plain yoghurt. Great as a morning tea school option with yogurt and berries served in a sealed container.

Ingredients: Coconut, coconut oil, cranberries, vanilla extract.

How Much: 4 pieces

How long: It will last in the fridge for up to 4 weeks.
