Tuna steaks with greens and harissa mayonnaise.
Cook time: 8 mins | Prep time: 10 mins | Serves: 2
Ingredients.
2 x 250g tuna steaks
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
150g beans, trimmed and halved
1 broccolini, cut into 1/4's
1 tablespoon butter
1 zucchini, sliced into rounds
200g sugar plum tomatoes, or cherry tomatoes
40ml soy sauce
salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons harissa mayonnaise
Garnish:
Basil leaves
Method.
1. Fill a non-stick large frying pan with salted water. Bring to a simmer and add the beans and broccolini. Simmer for 2 minutes and drain. Set aside.
2. In the same frying pan add sesame oil, garlic, zucchini and tomatoes. Simmer on low to medium for 2 minutes. Add the tuna steaks to the pan, soy sauce, cracked pepper and salt. Cook for 2 minutes on each side.
3. Add blanched greens, take off the heat and mix through to combine.
4. Serve with basil leaves and harissa mayonnaise. Recipe below.
Harissa Mayonnaise

INGREDIENTS:
1/3 cup whole egg mayonnaise
1 lemon, juice
1 teaspoon harissa paste
salt to taste
METHOD:
1. Whisk together. Will last for 2 weeks in the fridge.
