Smoked salmon and cream cheese board.


Cook time: NA | Prep time: 15 mins | Serves: 6

Ingredients.

250g cream cheese, slightly softened

100g smoked salmon, finely sliced

1 small lebanese cucumber, diced

1/2 small spanish onion, diced fine

2 tablespoons basil pesto

10g basil leaves

salt and pepper to taste

Serve

Lentil chips or corn crackers


Method.

1. On a chopping board evenly spread the cream cheese with a butter knife.

2. Add the smoked salmon, cucumber and spanish onion on top.

3. Drizzle basil pesto and add basil leaves, salt and pepper to finish.

4. Serve with corn chips or crackers
