3 ingredient almond cookies.


Cook time: 10 mins | Prep time: 5 mins | Serves: 14

Ingredients.

  • 1 cup of chocolate hazelnut spread

  • 1 egg

  • 1 cup of almond meal


Method.

1. Preheat oven to 180°C fan forced (350°F). Line 2 baking trays with parchment paper.

2. In a bowl add the chocolate and hazelnut spread and egg. Whisk with beaters to combine.

3. Then add the almond flour and fold to combine.

4. Roll into 14 balls and place each ball with plenty of room around it to spread out. You will need two baking trays.

5. Bake for 10 minutes. Take out and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
