RECIPE: My Granola.

Makes 16 cups

Preheat oven to 170C fan force

In a large baking tray put:

1kg rolled oats

170g puffed rice (in gluten free section @colessupermarkets )

400g roughly chopped almonds

400g roughly chopped walnuts or macadamias

2 tablespoon of cinnamon

1/2 cup of honey

1/2 cup of coconut oil - melted

1/2 cup of date syrup - middle eastern ingredient.

3/4 cup of chia seeds

Mix through and bake for 40mins. 

Mix twice in between then add: 

150g coconut flakes/ shredded coconut

150g roughly chopped dates

1/2 cup of flaxseeds

1/3 cup Psyllium Husk

And cook for another 10 minutes
NOTE: This is a big batch! So half if you need.
