Fruit and nut balls

These are sure to satisfy your sweet cravings and are all natural. My kids love these!
Makes approx 14


INGREDIENTS:
130g dried cranberries
130g raw whole almonds
90g dried whole apricots
2 tablespoons melted organic coconut oil
2 teaspoons orange zest
2 tablespoons puffed amaranth


METHOD: 
1. Blend/pulse cranberries, almonds, apricots until fine but not a paste. 
2. Put into a bowl and combine the rest of the ingredients. 
3. Rolls into balls and refrigerate.


NOTE: Will last in the fridge for up to 4 weeks. Amaranth is found at health food stores.
