Dragonfruit, Mango & Coconut Smoothie Bowl

Smoothie Bowls......... They are thicker, they have ice, frozen veggies and/or fruit with healthy fats and protein powders. And they look prettier than their counterpart.
Serves 2


INGREDIENTS:
1 Dragon fruit roughly chopped - save 1/4 for topping
1/2 a large mango roughly chopped- use other half for topping
1 banana chopped
4 ice cubes
1 teaspoon vanilla paste
1 1/2 cup coconut milk
1/2 a scoop vanilla protein powder - optional
Toppings: flaxseeds, coconut flakes, extra dragon fruit, mango, almond butter and blueberries. 
INSTRUCTIONS:
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth - pop into a bowl top with left over fruit, coconut, seeds and almond butter! Enjoy x
