Our breakfast ritual! These shakes are packed full of goodness and are a must in our family most days! Quick and easy for that morning rush!
2 tablespoons of quick oats
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
1 tablespoon of natural yoghurt
300ml /400ml of Vitasoy unsweetened coconut milk
Put all the ingredients into a blender and you have a healthy and nutritious start to the day. Always great to have leftover for an afternoon pick me up!
