RECIPE: Anzac Biscuit
2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup desicated coconut
1 cup of almond meal
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
50g softened butter
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1.Preheat oven to 160C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
2. Combine all ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Form into small round balls and place on tray.
3. Press balls down lightly and place in oven for 10 minutes.
4. Leave to cool and store in an airtight container. will last for 2 weeks.
